ont i ryggen, back pain

I was laid low yesterday and today with muscle spasms in my back, but modern medicine is wonderful, the anti-inflammatories and pain killers have helped hugely.
The Knit Crochet Blog week went by the board, when I couldn't sit in front of the laptop.
Long weekend in Ireland this weekend, we have a public holiday on Monday 3rd May.
Sad news today, one of our best known radio presenters, Gerry Ryan, died unexpectedly at the age of 53. His voice has been part of Irish society for 22 years.

Valborgsmässoafton ikväll i Sverige. Jag kommer så bra ihåg Kortegen i GBG. Första maj imorgon. Hoppas att vädret är skapligt och något sommaraktigt!

Det lär stå en stor snövall på Sandgrundsudden i Karlstad, annars hoppas jag att snön är borta, glömd, kommer inte tillbaks!
